You also forgot of GTA IV.
KoTOR series comes to mind frequenlty
Star wars jedi knight academy that's the only one I can think of now
Mass Effect is the best RPG for choices, you can effect your game in so many ways, and in Mass Effect 2 your choices will carry over into that game.
Oblivion.
Oblivion.
You can't kill everyone in Oblivion. You can even kill main plot characters in Morrowind.

Assassin's Creed ;D
Postal 2 .You have the choice to do your tasks without Killing someone or commtiting a crime or completing the task with violence.
The game itself was kind of bad but the amusement factor is high
Assassin's Creed ;D
Um no. You don't hav moral choices in this game.
WTF? I was expecting The Witcher in the first reply:
|for shame, no one has mentioned vampire: the masquerade - bloodlines or fallout or fallout 2.
Deus Ex Anyone?
fallout 1
I might be mistaken, but I think The Witcher is a game with choices. Another great game with choices is Star Wars Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy.
Arcanum.
