Mass Effect has been constantly crashing when I use elevators and the Citadel Rapid Transit system. Does anybody know how to fix this?Mass Effect crashing

Here's my position now:I installed v1.01I can use most elevatorsSome elevators freeze up and I have to cnt alt del out of it.These elevators usually lead to the wards.The elevator to Flux is what I need and it freezes upCit-Fast Transit stays in the loading screen when used and I have to cnt alt del out of it and it shows it ''not responding''Does this help with finding an answer?
