Bravo Romeo Delta

Hi everyone,Just wondering if anyone here ever played this one? Bravo Romeo Delta is an old game from 1993 about limited nuclear exchange between the US and USSR during the cold war. I recently heard about the game and decided to give it a go, but couldn't make heads or tails about how the game works, let alone win a game. Basically you can set targets to attack, modify alert status and so forth, but I'm still very much lost as to the general objective of the game. Almost every match ends with both sides being atomized and ''losing'' :o.
I've looked around the net for guides but found none, so any help is greatly appreciated. I'd link to the game here but am not sure about Gamespot's policy regarding abandonwares. It's a pretty small game (400kb ish) and ran fine without Dosbox. Be warned though that it has ''modest'' graphics :D. Thanks. Bravo Romeo Delta
I've played it, right now I'm on the hunt for the most recent version(It came out in '96, called Bravo Romeo Delta 3.0) the PC version is an outdated one, 1.2.Bravo Romeo Delta
The (old) PC version is really hard to win. Most of the time I'd get a draw. The few times I won the game I was playing as Soviet Union, and used my 26Mt bombs to obliterate the peacekeeper launchers and the american submarine bases.
