Fallout 3 installation problems.

Im pretty furious right now!Just bought Fallout 3 from gamestop. Highly reccomended from my buddies at gamestop.When I insert the disk, It doesnt bring up the ''quickstart'' downloader.I go to Start>My computer>Devices with Removable Starage>Fallout 3 (E) Drive.I click on it and this comes up= E:/ This application has failed to start because the application configuration is incorrect. Reinstalling the application my fix this problem..Erm HELP!I'll be so mad if I cant play this!
