Wolverine save problem

sry to bother you guys , but i have problem .. i installed the game and i quit after a few missions ... i came back ,there was no option continue game ... i know that there is no save file for these games , so what should i do ?Wolverine save problem
please help anyone ? suggestions ?Wolverine save problem
Weird...I played it all the way through without one problem...

Did it ever say ''Checkpoint Reached'' during the gameplay?
yes...i got to checkpoint and then i quit to main menu and there it was option continue... but if I re-enter the game ,i have only new game...
hmmm...

is it installed on C: Drive....?

Try googling this issue to see if anyone else has it as well....
i have 2 partitions : C and D ... x men is installed on D drive ... maybe that is th problem ... i googled and just one guy has sam issue like me ... and he is on this forum :) -
and another thing ... i have changed resolution in 1024 * 768 but everytime i re-enter the game , it goes back in to 800*600 ... my guess is that is the same folder where config.files and saved games go ... but i dont know where it is ...
Don't worry so much for now about the resolution....

Uninstall and install on C: Drive.....that might fix it

I've had the same problem with Frontlines - Fuel of War, and now again with Wolverine. The problem is, your ''my documents'' isn't located on the same harddrive right?I've installed it on my C drive, which does not contain ''my documents'', my D drive does. So for Frontlines I created the maps in My Documents (D:) need for save games and video settings. And that worked out well.So for Wolverine, you should go to ''my documents'' and make maps for the save game etc. The problem is, I haven't found out yet how the maps should be named. As soon as I know, I'll let you know.

If that is the problem.... just map My Documents back to C: Drive, copy the contents and it should work...

Except for the resolution settings thingy, I have no idea which map to create for that one. But that's not a big problem.

I didn't have any problem with Wolverine.[/QUOTE] If the resolution really is lower or equal to your TV's resolution, then it's because of the refresh rate, either your TV doesn't support the refresh rate, or Wolverine has an unstable refresh rate (something extremely few games have, I only know 2), if it's the first possibility then try to set the refresh rate lower (if that's even possible), if it's the 2nd then you're out of luck (if there aren't some fixes).
This probably isn't helpful, but my User folder is on C and I have the game installed on another partition.. E, and I haven't had an issue with the config or save games. Is there an ini file in the Wolverine game folder that points to where the save games and config are located? It's possible that for whatever reason, it's just looking at the wrong spot.
Exostar thanks to you mate I've figured out how to fix the problem with resolution and other setting not saving

Go to My Documents %26 in the WGame folder just add a second called: Config

adding folders: Wolverine\WGame\Config and Wolverine\WGame\SaveData to My Documents should fix the game for ppl having ploblems with saving
