Really why is it so hard. This is like the only Valve game where you just cannot select the custom map on a list and play them online like how you would any other map. I'm not sure if you can play them online because from reading the steps it looks like you can only do it off line and its not like you can find them online due to the match making system.Well is Valve planning on making it easier to play custom maps or do they plan on making it just as hard and unable to play online? This isweirdbecause valve games has always been about custom maps and mods. Nope, it's all about the SDK being in beta, after they'll release the final SDK, they'll update the matchmaking system too, so that you can play custom maps normally, not through the console which is extremely easy anyway. From what they said at E3, the final SDK should be released at the end of this month or in the beginning of the next month.Why is it so hard to play Left 4 Dead custom maps?
Matchmaking 2.0 is supposed to be included in the next L4D patch. It is supposed to resolve this methink.
