You will be able to play it yes, however with that video card you will need to play it on low settings. As well depending on how the game runs in general you might not get much of a frame rate

i have core 2 due 2.8 @ 3.2 ocl'd , 2x2 giga ram at 800 MHz , gforce 9400gt 1 giga edtion ,how can i run the game ?
Your machine is strong enough to run it a medium I guess. I personally forgot the recommendedsetting so I can't answer withcertaintybut you needn't worry.
