Games More Atmospheric than Call of Duty, Max Payne 2, GTA: SA, BioShock?

I have lots of PC games and I am not excited about them anymore. Some games that that pulled me inside include Call of Duty, Max Payne 2, GTA: SA and BioShock. Can you suggest me some better games of any genre?I consider playing Temple of Elemental Evil, VTM: Bloodlines, Max Payne 2 (again), GTA: SA (again).Thanks.Games More Atmospheric than Call of Duty, Max Payne 2, GTA: SA, BioShock?
F.E.A.R and Condemned, most definately.Games More Atmospheric than Call of Duty, Max Payne 2, GTA: SA, BioShock?
Assassin's Creed is pretty atmospheric. And its still on sale on Steam for the shortest time left.
Penumbra is $5System Shock 2 has an amazing atmosphereDead Space has an ok atmosphere, but it is still better than the atmosphere of CoD/Bioshock/GTA (I don't know why you used those examples, Bioshock I could understand).
Well Company of Heroes is pretty atmospheric, Gothic 2/3, Heroes of Might and Magic IV/V, GTA 4 (no problems with it), GTA VC, Beyond Good %26 Evil, Crysis Warhead (lots of action, so it has a pretty good atmosphere), Neverwinter Nights 2, the Witcher, Mass Effect (main quest), PoP the Two Thrones.
STALKER: SoC, Dead Space, VTM: Bloodlines.
Yes, FEAR and Condemned. If not those, then maybe Crysis if your PC can play it. Also, if you have a PS3, then DEFINITELY get Killzone 2, it is immensely atmospheric and very very fun, the lighting and animations are better than any game I've ever played. I personally find the graphics to be better than Crysis, but that is my opinion.I don't know if they have any Silent Hill games on PC, but if they do, those are some of the most atmospheric games you'll ever play; 1,2, and 3 are the best. Also, Deadspace, very atmospheric, great graphics, fun AND scary at the same time.
Condemened, Stalker, System Shock2, Deus Ex, Thief series and Crysis imo.
Get Penumbra for dirt cheap right now.

Both STALKER games are hands down the most atmospheric FPS games around.
You seem to like free roaming. Hmm gta 4, fallout 3, stalker. Hmm some games about to come out like prototype
The Longest Journey.
Stalker series, assasin's creed was alright. Deus Ex, Hitman Series (especially blood money). Also, on a side note, GTA is atmospheric? Not the GTA I've played.
i never really saw any call of duty or gta atmospheric...anyways, like others said, try deadspace, condemned, fear, cryostasis, and ill just say SWAT 4 as its a kick ass game and you do get into it...

If San Andreas was ''atmosphereic'' then you'd definately love Vice City and GTAIV.STALKER, Half-Life 2, Crysis, Far Cry 2 (despite not being the best game), Mafia, and, depending on how you play, Freelancer. Those are the game where I've invested myself most to the characters and universe of the game, simply because they've been able to pull me in the most.
